We are an offsite modular solutions company specialising in delivering Modern Methods of Construction and site services to meet your building needs.
We’ve grown steadily for over 15 years, investing in our people and equipment to develop a wealth of resources to manage building needs of every scale. Yet through our expansion we’ve still been able to keep our service very personal. You’ll be working with a dedicated team with a combined 60 years of expertise who know your needs, understand the best way to meet them and how to do it fast and efficiently.
Our headquarters are located in West Thurrock amongst a freehold 4.3 acre yard where our refurbished range is ideally located for the City of London as well as benefitting from the strong transport links expanding across the UK.
We also have 60,000 sq. ft of factory space in Coventry, from where new projects are designed, planned, and manufactured before being delivered and fully-finished on site by our experienced workforce.
Our bespoke modular buildings have been proven in the education, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors.

We develop our expertise through investing in the well-being and advancement of our team as well as maintaining a strong environmental and social responsibility by concentrating on sustainable practices to save both time and resources.
How can we play our part in conserving resources and protecting the environment? It’s something we believe in and take very seriously. One key way we put our belief into action is by recycling and reusing modular buildings and cabins for those who want to buy or hire second-hand.
Demolishing and sending old accommodation to landfill is the worst way to dispose of it. We routinely do the exact opposite. By stripping back existing units, recycling unusable materials and then refurbishing and refitting for a new application within the same shell, we give people a sound green option as well as cost benefits.
We buy from sustainable sources as many as possible of the materials that we use. This includes our timber – all of which comes from Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) accredited sources.
We build high levels of energy efficiency into modular buildings – with effective insulation to reduce heat loss, eco boilers and super-efficient climate control and air conditioning systems. Even in our own offices we use LED lighting, PIR light switches and dual flush cisterns.
